Organization

Organizations are the top-level entity in Greendex. Each organization represents a legal entity (company, NGO, institution) that runs Erasmus+ projects.

Organization Structure

An organization contains:

• Team Members - People who manage the organization
• Projects - Erasmus+ activities being tracked
• Participants - People who take part in projects
• Settings - Organization configuration

Member Roles

Greendex uses a role-based access system:

Owner

• Full control over the organization
• Can invite members with any role
• Can delete the organization
• Can manage all projects and settings

Employee

• Can create and manage projects
• Can invite participants
• Can view team and participant lists
• Cannot delete the organization

Participant

• Limited access to projects they participate in
• Cannot invite other members
• Can submit their carbon footprint data

Getting Started

To set up your organization:

1. Create an organization
2. Invite team members
3. Configure settings
